Die design by UG，all shows from 3Ddesign，Also developed software for 3D BOM LIST、DIE DESIGN REFERECNE STUDY、STANDARED FOR EACH CUSTOMER， to keep die design efficiency.
5 people work for CAE , can provide customers with multi-solution material flow analysis and select good solutions. Professional and meticulous preliminary analysis can identify problems in advance and prevent potential risks.
A special inspection list is developed for each customer, and every detail is inspected to ensure design quality.

• UG NX 10.0、AutoCAD for die design，Autofrom for CAE simulation.
• Capacity for anual more than 100 sets，8 groups with tool makers.
• Several die manufacturing and design engineers.
• The QC department has an independent quality department, equipped with several parts QE and die following engineers.
• It is equipped with an inspection room, including three-dimensional, projector and other quality inspection equipment.
• It has its own set of tool quality standards with 5 levels, which can meet the life requirements of more than 1 million life time.
