First-class and Quality is the foundation for our survival! We have our own complete production and management system, and we have quality control in every production link.
Equipped with advanced measuring equipment, such as CMM, VMS and gauges, etc. The temperature and humidity of our testing rooms are strictly controlled to ensure that all testing data is completed in a suitable environment.
The ISO 9001:2008 quality management system (SGS) is fully operational, and internal system reviews are conducted once a month.
The quality assurance department operates independently, with personnel distributed in various departments and major processes, dedicated to "picking" problems.
From tools raw material procurement to raw material testing, from raw material processing technology selection to part quality testing, from parts assembly to overall die tryout, and other related manufacturing processes. Each step has a corresponding chart, and every link is designed to ensure zero defects as much as possible, ultimately ensuring high quality when the tool is delivered.
